Emerging in 2000, when the radio market is predominantly dominated by the African-American well known Hip-Hop artist... Comes a group of young latino break-through artist from differenet backgrounds and perceptives from the depths of Los Angeles a group overtaken by the hip-hop world. Founded By David Salas and Jaime Cristobal Diaz out of California these Latin  based artist  prove to be determined to take the latin Hip-hop culture to another state no one has yet seen..As signed artist to major labels they have collaborated with an Independent label and have became an underground success..Turning the standard concept of a hip-hop crew inside out, Los Reyes Urbanos (Urban Kings) were assembled as a hand picked loose congregation of seven MC's, almost as a support group. By releasing one album after another, Los Reyes Urbanos were designed to overtake the record industry in as profitable a fashion as possible. The idea was to establish Los Reyes Urbanos as a force with their debut self titled albums and then spin off into as many side projects as possible. All seven members work under established names that consist of Luis "Arsenal" Bañuelos, Alfonso "Seis" García, Vanessa "Vane" Bañuelos, Victor "Mr.Vic" Anaya, Victor "Don Abusivo" Perez, Omar "El Mal Hablado" Gonzales, America "Ms.Krazie" Ochoa. All seven MC's rap hard, updating the old-school attack with current well known tracks that they flip into spanish. By 2005, the sound has been reached most instantly recognizable in the latin underground hip-hop world. Like most artist, they have struggeled and sacraficed alot to began their careers trying to get ahead whatever way they could. Influenced by their child hood upbringings there music can be quite vicious but at the same time only real. The seven diverse rappers made a pact to form an artistic and well-known group and have so far conquered it. This would not just merely be a group, it would be its own industry. In order to do this, they decided to establish themselves through a group effort and then began to spread the word through solo projects, picking up additional collaborators along the way and, in the process, becoming stronger and more influential. The group has grown recognition throughout the states like Texas, Arizona, Kansas, Chicago, New York and individually as a group. Reaching fans from there home states as well as states as far as Europe and Japan. There experiences have strengthened there resolve to excell and attack the record industry. The group wasted no time in pursuing other projects,though in the US it created a lot of interest almost immediately, rather than pursuing a more commercial bent,they did something that no one else has prosued yet. Joining forces with the artist and creating mixtapes with an essence of true underground Latin hip hop. Highly inspired by artist from both East and West..they have related there genre to Nas, Rakim, Notorious B.I.G,N.W.A, Gangstarr, Tupac and other great influential artist.With all these different styles, each artist brings there own diversity to  the group which has erupted into albums never done before.With much more success to be reached these artist have much dedication and passion for what they do.
